Founders Statement
What I kept coming back to was trust. Not as a soft prelude to systems change, but as its foundation. Everything downstream, from how land is stewarded to how money moves, travels at the speed of the relationships beneath it.
Zymosi is my attempt to build those relationships. A curated circle of strangers. A shared table. A year of meals. The name means fermentation, because the best transformation is always slow, invisible, and more alive than you expected.
